How does Eagle collaborate?
At Eagle Corporate Advisors, collaboration means becoming a true extension of your team. Unlike a standard team member, though, we are solidly focused on accelerating value and preparing a company for a successful transition. This work will take many forms, from analysis to education to execution, and we handle the heavy lifting.
We won’t just hand you a stack of analytics and then head for the door — nor will we take over and try to micromanage things like we’re everyone’s new boss. We tailor our approach according to your needs and goals, and everything we do is meant to align with your strategy while providing all the guidance necessary to perform higher.
This is all done in a comfortable, human-to-human way. We’ll laugh with you at meetings as we get to know each other, support you through any hard realizations and decisions, and celebrate with you as we make progress.
Collaboration with Eagle means we’ll be working with your other advisors as well. Far from regarding us as competition, they appreciate that we are building more business for everyone involved, as a by-product — more cash for the wealth advisor to invest, more accounting work for the CPA, more documents for the attorney to file and so on. We frequently work with other professionals to host events that benefit one another’s clients, such as educational lunches and dinners, networking events and outings.
We act as a sort of hub, helping the business owner sort through varying advice from each professional and helping get everyone on the same page, working toward the same goal. We make sure each professional is used the right way and at the right time, so their specific skill set can be used optimally. When a client needs to hire on a new professional, we typically help arrange two or three interviews with people we have vetted ahead of time so the client can see their options and make an educated choice.
On top of it all, Eagle does not track the billable minute, always ready to listen to your concerns and sort through the details of the next challenge.
