What are the six indicators of personal readiness?

To accompany our free online Altitude Assessment, which measures business indicators and how market-ready a business is, we now have our Beyond Soaring Index, which can show owners their personal readiness along six different indicators: Identity, Mindset, Balance, Capital, Legacy, and Awareness.

Identity – This refers to your identity and daily life, which can reveal any emotional barriers outside of the business.

Mindset – This refers to your emotional health, optimism, and interpersonal relationships, all of which help ease a transition in life.

Balance – This refers to how you spend your time and what kind of balance you enjoy outside of work.

Capital – This refers to the numbers, along with your understanding and preparedness regarding finances, insurance, and estate planning.

Legacy – This refers to whether you have a clear post-exit vision and how important your personal and business legacies are to you.

Awareness – This refers to your understanding of the exit process, timing, and strategic options.
